Day 01: Kathmandu 1,400m

Day one is your arrival day in Kathmandu. We will come to welcome you at the airport in Kathmandu and transfer you to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel and checking in to the rooms, we will let you know about our trip briefing meeting.

It is an important meeting so, we will wait until everyone arrives if there are people flying in different flights for the trip on the same date. Anyway, you will get the information about the meeting time.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

It is an acclimatization day as well as an exploration day in Kathmandu. You will also have the time to do last-minute preparation on this day if you need to. After you take your breakfast, we will take you for a beautiful sightseeing tour of the cultural heritage sites in Kathmandu. The sites include ancient Buddhist stupas, Hindu temple, and medieval royal palace square. You will explore about the Kathmandu valley civilization since the ancient time. This day tour will give you a better understanding of life in Kathmandu in the past and at present.

Day 03: Kathmandu – Chitwan 500m

We drive to Chitwan today. It is about five hours of drive that takes us past beautiful surroundings along the highway. The drive lets us enjoy the beauty of the small towns and the villages that we drive past. Once we reach Chitwan and check in to the hotel, we will get the schedule of our jungle safari activities. We will enjoy the activities as planned today after lunch and the whole day tomorrow.

Day 04: Chitwan Exploration

It is the full day jungle safari activities day today. We will go for elephant ride, canoe ride, jungle walk etc. as planned. The activities will bring us the chance to see the wild animals such as rhinoceros, deer, crocodile, bear, wild boar, tiger, leopard etc. We will also enjoy a peaceful canoe ride and watch crocodiles sun-basking on the river bank. Various species of birds will also fly around as we enjoy the canoe ride. We will also visit elephant breeding center and also go for a short walk.

Day 05: Chitwan – Lumbini 300m

We are driving to Lumbini – the birthplace of the Buddha – today after breakfast. It takes us about 4 hours to reach Lumbini. We will have half day tour of Lumbini after lunch. Exploring different monasteries, Mayadevi temple and other beautiful monuments in the complex will give us a beautiful experience of touring the birthplace of the Budhha.

Day 06: Lumbini – Pokhara 900m

After exploring the birthplace of Budhha, we will drive to Pokhara today. It takes around seven hours to reach Pokhara. We can enjoy view of beautiful villages, towns and other surroundings along the highway. Once we reach Pokhara, we will have easy time at leisure to wander around.

Day 07: Pokhara Exploration Day

We wake up early in the morning for the sunrise tour to Sarangkot. It takes around half an hour to reach Sarangkot where we will enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Annapurna range. The sunrise and the view of the mountains are worth the early morning wake up. After the sunrise, we drive back to hotel to have breakfast. We have a boating trip in Fewa Lake after the breakfast. After the boating trip, we can enjoy some free time to wander around at leisure. We have the plan to visit and explore Gupteswor cave, Davis Falls, and World Peace Stupa after the lunch.

Day 08: Pokhara – Kathmandu 1400m

We have a long drive back to Kathmandu today. It is another seven hours of drive back along the highway. We can also choose the option of flying back instead of driving. The flight is of just 25 minutes and we can choose this option with an extra payment for the ticket. Once we reach Kathmandu, we have time at leisure to roam around and relax.

Day 09: Departure Day

We have come to the final day of the trip. The Nepal Cultural Tour has brought you a wonderful experience and beautiful memories to treasure in life. We will drive you to the airport for your departure flight.
